1. Service Description

UnifiedTTS is a unified text-to-speech API aggregation service platform. We provide:

• Unified API Interface: Access multiple mainstream TTS service providers through a single API
• Multi-Provider Support: Including Microsoft Azure, MiniMax, Alibaba Cloud, and more
• Flexible Audio Formats: Support for various audio output formats and parameter adjustments
• Real-time Monitoring: API usage statistics and monitoring capabilities

2. User Registration and Account

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of account information
• Each user can only register one account
• Proxy registration or bulk account registration is prohibited

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for protecting the security of your account password and API keys
• You may not share your account or API keys with others
• If you discover any unusual account activity, please contact us immediately
• You are responsible for any losses resulting from account information leakage

3. API Usage Guidelines

3.1 Fair Use

• Comply with API call frequency limits for each plan
• Do not engage in malicious bulk requests or DDoS attacks
• Use audio caching reasonably to avoid repeatedly converting the same content
• Do not circumvent our monitoring and billing systems

3.2 Content Restrictions

It is strictly prohibited to use our service to generate the following types of audio content:

• Content that violates laws and regulations
• Content involving violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information
• Adult content or content unsuitable for minors
• Spam or malicious marketing content

4. Billing and Payment

4.1 Billing Methods

• Subscription Billing: We offer multiple monthly subscription plans: Free, Starter, Basic, Pro, and Max
• Credit-based Billing: Each plan includes monthly credit allocation, consumed based on character count
• Free Trial: New users receive a free plan with 1,000 credits per month upon registration
• Usage Tracking: Credit consumption is updated in real-time; you can view usage and remaining quota anytime

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription Payment: Monthly subscription model with support for credit cards and other international payment methods
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew before expiration; you can cancel anytime in account settings
• Credit Reset: Credit allocation automatically resets to plan standard at the beginning of each subscription cycle
• Service Suspension: Service will be suspended when subscription expires without renewal until resubscription

4.3 Refund Policy

• Free Trial: We provide all users with a free plan (1,000 credits/month) to fully test and evaluate our service quality before subscribing
• Subscription Confirmation: By choosing to subscribe to a paid plan, users confirm they have fully understood and approved our service effectiveness and quality
• No Refunds: Based on our free trial policy, we do not provide refunds for subscription fees
• Special Circumstances: Proportional compensation may be considered only in cases where our technical failures result in extended service unavailability

5. Service Availability

We commit to:

• Advance notification for scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance may not be notified in advance
• Service interruptions caused by third-party TTS provider failures are not within our responsibility

6. Intellectual Property

• All technology and designs of the UnifiedTTS platform are our intellectual property
• Audio content generated by users belongs to the users
• Users must ensure that input content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• We reserve the right to review and remove violating content when necessary

We highly value your privacy protection:

• Personal information collected is used only for service provision and improvement
• We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties
• Your API call records are securely stored and protected

9. Service Changes and Termination

9.1 Plan Changes

• Upgrades and Downgrades: You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time, with changes taking effect immediately
• Credit Handling: When changing subscription plans, remaining credits are not carried over to the new plan's allocation
• Recommended Timing: To make full use of credits, it is recommended to change subscription plans when credits are about to be exhausted
• Subscription Cancellation: After cancellation, subscription remains active until current billing cycle ends, then automatically switches to free plan
• Re-subscription: You can resubscribe to any plan at any time with immediate effect

9.2 Service Changes

• We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or terminate services at any time
• Users will be notified 30 days in advance of major changes
• Price adjustments will be notified in advance; existing subscriptions will not be affected

9.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of terms of service or usage guidelines
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Malicious attacks or service abuse
• Accounts inactive for 6 consecutive months may be subject to cleanup

10. Terms Changes

We may update these terms of service periodically:

• Important changes will be notified to users via email or on-site notifications
• Continued use of services indicates your acceptance of updated terms
• If you disagree with the new terms, please stop using the service and contact us to handle your account

11. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, both parties should resolve them through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a competent people's court for resolution.
